Plano Power Weekend

Metroflex Gym of Plano's First Annual Plano Power Weekend was held on July 31st and August first and it was a HUGE success. We had about 40 powerlifters come out on Friday night for the raw Bench Press and Deadlift Competition, and about 25 Strongman competitors come out to compete on the following Saturday making it a great weekend to be a Metroflex Gym in Plano!


The results will be posted on our website very SOON!!! So keep checking and I promise they will be posted.
