Metroflex Gym in Plano is proud to announce that we will now be carrying a BRAND NEW product created by none other than "The Pro Creator" Hany Rambod. Hany trains some of the Industry's top pros, and future Pros. His new company is called Evogen Nutrition, and the first product released is EvoP1Alpha. Used pre and post workout, Hany personally guarantees it will create that full and round look that all bodybuilders seek and all his clients attain. As a gym full of competitive athletes we are very excited to put this product to work as several big NPC level shows still remain before the end of the 2009 Bodybuilding season.

Plano Power Weekend

Metroflex Gym of Plano's First Annual Plano Power Weekend was held on July 31st and August first and it was a HUGE success. We had about 40 powerlifters come out on Friday night for the raw Bench Press and Deadlift Competition, and about 25 Strongman competitors come out to compete on the following Saturday making it a great weekend to be a Metroflex Gym in Plano!
